Service Description

Perfect for someone who wants a plan, some accountability and some extra help for a more manageable project. Your session will include: •A Custom Plan of Action •Project done with you, OR for you. (I can also assist you virtually via phone or video.) •One full carload of donations and recycling/garbage removal (extra carloads can be arranged for a fee.) •Product recommendations that you will order or pick-up unless you would like me to, at which time I will invoice you for the product and extra time) •Unlimited text support during project. •30 min. follow up call or video **This is a full 3 hour block that has a $210 flat fee (based on my locally competitive, hourly rate.)

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel a service prior to signing your Client Agreement, you will receive a refund of your purchase. There is also a 30 day, money back guarantee for your most recent session if you are truly dissatisfied with the service provided by Simplicity of Space. Sessions that are paid for and completed prior to the most recent are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for Custom Action Plans, 90-minute Assessment Sessions (both virtual and in-home). Alternatively, I will provide you with a brand new plan or session equal to the value of your original purchase at no extra charge. Replacement sessions can be booked by contacting me directly. Cancellations: Refunds are not available for same-day cancellations of any service. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be billed and must pay the full amount of the scheduled service. However, you may reschedule your appointment with four hour's notice, provided there is a time slot available. Successful rescheduling attempts will not incur a fee. Rescheduling an appointment with less than four hour's notice will incur a flat $35 fee. IMPORTANT: There is an automatic cutoff of 24 hours for cancellations and rescheduling online through the website. In order to reschedule same-day appointments, you'll need to contact Melissa, Simplicity of Space, directly with the contact information provided in your Client Agreement.
