Service Description

You're busy! Let me handle it! As a way to keep up with what I have organized for you, let me help you keep it up by having a monthly 3 hr session! I can freshen up areas most frequently used that get out of sorts, or any other tasks you would like to keep up with. Designed for hardworking families and busy professionals. Stay on top of every day life! $180 billed monthly 3 hour session of tidying up/organizing to keep your home functioning better! The Perks: •Yearly upon renewal receive 50% off your rate for your subscriber anniversary month •Bonus Referral Program: Give your friends $25 off their first service and you'll get $25 towards your subscription fee when your friend completes their service. Use again and again! Terms: The Monthly Refresh is billed in advance (called a deposit) and automatically renewed. You must cancel by the 28th to avoid being billed for the next subscription phase. If you cancel after the 28th you'll receive a refund minus $35 to cover the cost of return transaction from our billing provider and other fees. All services past are non-refundable. In order to receive your Anniversary Subscriber discount, you will have had to maintain a consistent 11 months of service with no cancellations in that timespan.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel a service prior to signing your Client Agreement, you will receive a refund of your purchase. There is also a 30 day, money back guarantee for your most recent session if you are truly dissatisfied with the service provided by Simplicity of Space. Sessions that are paid for and completed prior to the most recent are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for Custom Action Plans, 90-minute Assessment Sessions (both virtual and in-home). Alternatively, I will provide you with a brand new plan or session equal to the value of your original purchase at no extra charge. Replacement sessions can be booked by contacting me directly. Cancellations: Refunds are not available for same-day cancellations of any service. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be billed and must pay the full amount of the scheduled service. However, you may reschedule your appointment with four hour's notice, provided there is a time slot available. Successful rescheduling attempts will not incur a fee. Rescheduling an appointment with less than four hour's notice will incur a flat $35 fee. IMPORTANT: There is an automatic cutoff of 24 hours for cancellations and rescheduling online through the website. In order to reschedule same-day appointments, you'll need to contact Melissa, Simplicity of Space, directly with the contact information provided in your Client Agreement.
