New Year, New Goals

Do you set New Year’s resolutions? As one year ends and another begins, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the past and set new intentions for the future. Personally, I prefer to revisit my goals more often than just once a year, because life has seasons. What works in one moment might not work in another.

Many people focus on goals related to weight loss, but what if we looked deeper than that? As someone passionate about nutrition and fitness, I’m also deeply committed to improving my overall well-being, including my mental health. I believe that true wellness encompasses more than just physical fitness.

My business, Simplicity of Space, was created to help people transform their homes, but its mission goes beyond just organizing. It’s about reducing mental load and simplifying life through thoughtful decisions, like what we bring into our spaces and how we organize them.

But there’s more to it. While some clients simply need help decluttering and organizing, others face deeper challenges—like sentimental attachments to belongings or difficulty setting boundaries around what to keep. For some, guilt plays a huge role in holding on to things, and helping them navigate that can be just as important as the organizing process itself.

Organizing is a deeply personal journey, and I believe it deserves a personalized approach. This is more than a business to me—it’s my passion. I’ve had the privilege of working with many amazing clients, and I’d love the opportunity to work with you as well, whether that’s organizing your home or providing guidance through clutter coaching.

What intentions do you want to set for the New Year? If you’re ready to reduce the stress of clutter or would like support in simplifying your space, I’d love to be part of your journey. Reach out any time and... HAPPY NEW YEAR!
